SaleSense is a SaaS ERP that gives Kenyan SMEs one connected system for sales, inventory, invoicing, M-Pesa payments and KRA compliance.

Challenge: Business owners were tracking sales, stock and compliance deadlines across disconnected tools and spreadsheets, with no single source of truth for day-to-day operations.

Approach: I directed the end-to-end product design, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes and user-centric dashboards, then worked with frontend engineering to simplify complex workflows and data visualisation into one accessible interface.

Outcome: A cohesive, scalable SaaS product covering sales, invoicing, M-Pesa reconciliation, CRM tools and KRA compliance tracking in a single dashboard.
