Global Volunteer: Tegan’s Story: One volunteer’s story as a recruitment campaign.
Client: AIESEC in Chuka University. Role: Campaign design, storytelling. Year: 2025.
A Global Volunteer recruitment carousel built around Tegan Atipo’s experience teaching on the Sawasdee Project in Chantaburi, Thailand, part of ongoing social media and storytelling campaigns for AIESEC in Chuka University.
Challenge: Recruitment posts were generic. Prospective applicants wanted to see what an exchange actually feels like, not a stock itinerary.
Approach: I directed the visual storytelling and digital campaign: a desaturated travel photo for the cover, candid classroom photography for the body, and Tegan’s own experience as the throughline, "One journey. Many lives changed."
Outcome: A story-led format the chapter reuses across its broader recruitment, induction and member-engagement content.
